DISINFECTION (COVID-19 VIRUS)
MM Facilities has a Covid19 disinfection response team who are trained to strictly follow the Disinfection Cleaning Guidelines by approved NEA. Staff are briefed and trained for Disinfection of areas exposed to Confirmed Case(s) of COVID-19 in Non-Healthcare Premises.
- Site assessment of the area before carrying out clean-up and disinfection.
- Donning of protective equipment.
- Preparation of equipment and disinfectant.
- Cleaning and disinfection procedures effective for inactivating Coronavirus.
- Safe method of waste disposal.
- Cleaning and removal of organic materials e.g. vomitus, mucus.
- Wiping down of all frequently touched surfaces and areas (workstations, furniture).
- High level disinfectant, non-toxic products are used to ensure all viruses are effectively inactivated whilst protecting surfaces/furniture.
